All furnishings are in new condition, It has a two car garage, Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, Summer Kitchen on screened porch, PC with high speed internet access, Phone with free long distance*, Fireplace, Flat screen TV, Washer and Dryer, Sliding glass wall off large great room, sliding glass door from master bedroom to second screened room. Telescope for bird watching and beautiful lake views, covered boat dock that offers fishing fun with plenty of Stump knockers, Catfish, Gar and Bass.

Close to several golf courses, including El Diablo, a Florida Golf top rated semi-private course that is open to the public.

Only a short drive to the Gulf of Mexico where you can swim with the largest population of manatees anywhere in the world. They are very gentle and enjoy people.

A close drive of just over one hour gets you to Orlando’s Disneyworld, Universal Studios, and Anheiser Bush ‘s Sea world, or if you prefer it is the same distance to Tampa Bay area beaches and attractions, including Busch Gardens, and Tampa’s NFL, or NHL team sports. If you are a NASCAR fan, Daytona is less than two hours away.

Fishing: Lake Rousseau is well know for lunker bass exceeding 10 pounds and abundant wildlife.

Bird watching: Frequently sighted species include Eagles, Osprey, Egrets, Green Horned Owls, Cranes and many more so enjoy our Telescope for hours of fantastic bird watching.
